What I sell

Shells are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the files are delivered at checkout, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than as a categorical right for all purchases. This is standard for digital goods.

When you're entitled to a refund

Within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The product was materially different from its description on the product page, or
  • You were unable to access or download the files after purchase

When a refund is at my discretion

Outside of the above, I handle refund requests at my discretion, with a bias toward fair dealing. If the shell genuinely didn't work for you, contact me and tell me why. I'd rather have you come back than fight over a transaction.

What I don't refund

  • Purchases where the shell was as described but didn't produce the AI output you hoped for — model behavior is outside my control
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase without extenuating circumstances

How to request a refund

Email founder@contextarcana.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I'll respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

License

If a refund is issued, your license to use the shell is revoked. I operate on the honor system here.
