The Context Collection is operated by Context Arcana LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By purchasing a shell, you agree to these terms.
Shells are digital products: structured sets of plain Markdown files you install into your own repository and use with any AI model. When you purchase a shell, you receive a downloadable archive delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
Shells are built on the Context Architecture System™ (CAS) open standard. The standard is free. The shells are a commercial implementation — expert-built starting points that give you the structure without the setup work.
Payments are processed by Paddle, my Merchant of Record. When you purchase, your transaction is with Paddle — they issue your invoice, handle sales tax, and process your payment. Their terms of service and privacy policy govern the transaction itself.
Your download is delivered immediately upon confirmed payment to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact me at founder@contextarcana.com.

The context you build inside the shell is yours. That's the point. This license governs the shell template itself — not the context you add to it.
Each shell includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Updates are delivered to the email address on file. After 12 months, the version you purchased remains fully functional and yours to keep.
The shell includes a pre-commit hook that checks for secrets. API keys, passwords, and credentials do not belong in context files — they belong in a password manager. I am not liable for any exposure that results from storing secrets in your repository.
Shells are provided as-is. I warrant that the files are as described on the product page. I do not warrant that any AI model will interpret the shell in any particular way — model behavior is outside my control. I do not warrant that any specific outcome will result from using the shell.
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, Context Arcana LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Purchases made before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
